Need help on Email

  Hi everyone.. i need some help.. everytime i try to email the bank they will ask me for valid email address. I know those valid email mean singnet, starhub or pacific but i dont have any of them. I only have yahoo and hotmail. So does that mean i cant email them? Currently i was in australia and i need to email the bank to check something.

  ermm.. i mean whenever i finish filled up their enquiry form , they will prompt me , pls enter your valid email address ( i enter my hotmail address )

  Should be able to. Valid just means it exists and you own it, doesn't matter which ISP or email provider you are subscribed to. Maybe you typed it wrongly?

  i manage to email the bank now.. but using my yahoo email account and not hotmail cos to them hotmail consider invalid
