Does anyone know about the downloading rules in singapore? Isit even dling anime using bitorrent also cannot. pls advice thanx

as long as the stuff you dl is not copyrighted, you are safe.

i heared that if you use ftp or fttp download is ok, but use bt can not. because when you use bt download anythin the same time you also transfer data to other peple, this p to p mode is illegal.
