Fire broke out in a unit #16-??. I try calling SCDF 995 twice. Phonecall was answered but hangup twice immediately. SCDF didn't pay teleco bills huh?
Ok, nevermind....small matter.
SCDF arrived about 15mintues later with a 'Rhino' light trunk and 2 bikes. The fireman blur like sotong because the fire breaks out at the roof top unit 16th floor. Wah so high....they must be thinking. Ok, another small matter.
Then I saw someone so familar. I will only see his face once every 4 yrs or so. He was trying to run here and there 'try to direct the whole operations'. Guess who?
Sitoh. Another blur like sotong. Ok, another small matter, can forgive him lah.

10 mintues passed. Those blur fireman still don't know wat to do. Water hose still not lay out. Another 2 big fire truck arrived. Then they run here run there starts to lay hose and some carried hose up the stairs ( I THINK! )
A good 15 mintues gone and water not even pump up. I can witness because I was watching the incident in my kitchen.
Finally water pumps up and the fire puts out in 5 mins. Then I kaypo go down stairs see see look look. I was hanging at the carpark and finally saw the man I was mentioning earlier. He was the one who said ' papaya finally ripe and will drop' keekeekee. Wah, he so fast hor. Even arrived faster than Mr Chiam See Tong. He thinks he 'control' PP and walking around trying to give ppl a handshake.....WTF! -
