  there one not bad in havlock road....if i didnt remember wrongly....
  if you are looking for budget...then it quite nice and not that expensive...but too many people on sunday.....

  Then you can try Lei Garden at Orchard Shopping Centre....Just beside cineleisure.....But it v expensive if you just have dim sum....But that place is highly recommended...won't go wrong....

  New Habour City (can't really remember its full name) at PSA building 2nd or 3rd floor is quite nice too.
  
  PSA building is at Alexandra Road, very close to the junction of Telok Blangah Road.

  Yes, I have been there. Price is good but food is not very excellent (still good, don't get me wrong).
  
  Since it is a buffet dim sum, you can eat until your stomach is over full...

  Yeah I got to say the food is not all that excellent but not bad for the price already.
