Can bus driver or conductors shout at patrons?

  Funnie, never had that happen b4.
  
  I was under the impression that they were rather lenient to obvious cheaters. They should ask them to alight at whatever bus stop is next instead of getting them to buy another ticket or tap their EZ-link card again...too easy.
