Software Developer's Forum in Singapore

  Does anyone know of programming forum in Singapore? I have been with some China's programmer's forum. They are doing good in this.
  
  I wonder if Singapore also has this type of forum to gather around talented and skilled software developers.

  You can go to www.cnblogs.com for .NET forum in China. They are doing quite good. In fact, you can hear a story how a single person built up a forum for 8000 members!
  
  By the way, anyone know how many www.sgforums.com has??

  Do you mean a generic programmer's forum or a forum that is specific to a programming language? It used to be Java a while back and now it is changing to .NET so god knows wat other languages will be the norm in future.
  
  AFAIK, some developers are pretty stuck on one language rules all mentality. They tot they only need to specialise one language and such skills will provide money for them till the day they retire. Fat hope i guess. I met some hardcore Java developers but now with .NET I wonder how they react. I still remember those Java developers slamming C++ ppl during their heydays. Now should be .NET ppl slamming Java ppl?

  Well, this is an old debate. No one is going to win the war. C++ guys used to laugh at Java's slow speed too. Depending what you want to do, there is always a better tool for you.
  
  I agree with you. The only one language mentality should change. Just pick the best tool/language that suits you most. Right?

  I know I can get a lot by doing a search on any search engine but I am looking for recommendations from people here.
