Pay Increment

  think u pretty lucky.... 400 bucks is 10% increment for a 4k salary and more than 10% increment if your salary is less than 4k.
  
  most people's increments are 3% - 7%, if any at all.....

  i dunno abt the majority of people complaining here, but i think quite a number of the people in my company is over paid.
  paid doing nothing but surfing net and chit-chatting all the day.

  Well on my side those so called leader position are always using their mouth to order ppl do work. Their job scope is to use mouth ask ppl do work and they get paid for that. When we deliver stuff they requested, they will go and add points to themselves by sar kar their big boss. But when something go wrong, they point their finger at us. What a win win situation for them. And to think they get paid doing that every day make a person blood boil!!!!!!!
  
  Verdict: Use mouth earn money better than use hands hahaha.... pun unintended

  Well ..... some of us here are also surfing net during work hrs right ? Maybe just lesser that those that you hv in mind.
