  From where do u want to go NYJC?....u may need to alight at Serangoon MRT or Serangoon central and take a feeder bus which will bring u to Serangoon Ave 3. Alight near the sloping area and walk inside. I dont know if it is still ulu there like b4 or have direction baords signs ect....Never been there for quite some time

  yes there are buses from AMK interchange.....not sure which bus but check out the bus maps there

  Or u can take 73 from AMK going to toa payoh, it will pass by serangoon north, serangoon gardens and reach serangoon ave. U have to get down somewhere after it leaves the serangoon garden private propert area when it turns right going inside serangoon ave private property area. Afte rthis it goes to toa payoh
  
  Pretty confusing cause serangoon area is a mix of HDB and private property...
