  Hmm...my friend has this interesting theory. It seems that if you are heaty, your lips or tounge will swell slightly. Due to this swelling, the tounge has closer contact to the teeth or lips. This increases the chances of you biting your lips or tounge.

  i know that this happens when u are heaty... but my form teacher says that this happens when u teeth are not in line properly...
