Renting a condo

  Hi guys, juz inquiring abt something. If i'm intending to rent a condo say for $1500 a month, is this inclusive of the water and electricity bills?..or do i have to pay them separately?..

  if a true condo owner,
  
  they should pay for all your bill.
  repair any work needed of the condo.
  provide air-con servicing.
  the management fee.
  
  but from $1500 i doubt they will do ALL 4 for you.

  No, the tenant is responsible for his own utilities bill.
  The owner will only pay for condo. maintenance.
