How many of U R keen in NDP?

My colleage gave me a NDP ticket to go with her family but I turn it down. She was like so suprised that I actually would turn it down. I rather stay at home & watch (which I normally dont) than joining the hugh crowd there. My colleage said it is for the atmosphere...
Any way, I am not interested. Am I weird? -

mi remember abt 2 or 3 years back the firing of the gun...only 2 times nia and they put down the gun, and many of the GOH were blurred when the Commander shouted the command to lower their rifles... is tat the one? -

But got also some minor ones also......such as needing to "shift" a lot to their designated positions etc.....wait till say too much I get whacked.... -

My advice is to go. I think every Singaporean should attend an NDP at least once in their lifetime. Needless to say, I love attending NDPs. Gives me a sense of pride!

Nah...you're pretty normal not wanting to watch it. I myself havent watched a NDP for eight years till last year. I had no choice last year anyways...i was in the marching contingent.
Still stuck with major NDP commitments again this year, thankfully not marching, but still...sucky enough. But then again..its my last NDP for a long long long time -
have not watched for the past 20 years
still remember getting scolded by the clerks at work when i threw away the preview tickets... they wanted them -
i stopped watching it on tv. it's too boring.
i prefer to watch it live if possible. the atmosphere damn power.
the long wait is really annoying though. -
i'm only interested in seeing the military parade. the rest are for kids.
