What is the meaning of "Throat's full of frogs"

  I could be wrong, but it probably either means the person speaks very fast with a low, hoarse voice, as in a cacophony of croaks from a pool of bullfrogs in a warm wet evening, or it means the person is unable to speak because of things as large as frogs stuck at his throat.

  a frog in your throat = sore throat or your throat is dry and you have difficulty speaking (usually from nervousness)
  
  therefore: throat's full of frogs = very nervous or very sore throat, depending on the context of the passage
