Hi... Need some help in learning music

Currently i've just started picking up piano lessons, and realized that without regular practice its very hard to keep up. My piano teacher adviced that i go get a piano to practice at home, but alas my house has space constraint, cant afford to house in either an acoustic or digital piano.
So i was thinking maybe to settle for a digital keyboard instead, i know its not a realistic version of the piano but at least it can help me practice through the beginning stages of learning the piano. Then at the latter stages where i need to practice on the real piano, i could go to my teacher's studio to rent the piano at an hourly rate to practise. Can anyone provide some useful expertise, whether is it advisable.. thanks.
Plus is there any good digital keyboard models to recommend, and places where prices are more reasonable... appreciate any useful advices and recomendations. -
I suggest that you should get a real acoustic/grand piano. Having a digital may have solved the problem of constraint but it is not wise. It would only be temporary or not long you would have to get a reel 'feel' of the piano.
Try to clear stuffs for your piano. I'm sure getting an acoustic piano would do you good in a long run. That's if your interest stays. -
get a 2nd-hand upright

Actually not really sure if I want to sell...cos got fond memories about it. It took me 4 years just to learn how to play Beethoven's Fur Elise properly.
But I managed to master Marriage D armour in 2 weeks. LOL

Anyway, i've decided to rearrange the furniture in my bedroom to accomodate the piano liao. My parents strongly opposed, but i decided to go ahead, to pursue my interest... I'm going to get a 2nd hand CLP840 model from a piano shop as recomended by my teacher. -

it's not really whether i appreciate it, i don't really have interest in it, and it's not my type of thing. im 14 by the way.
my parents wanted me to continue because i got a merit in grade 5, practicing more only when the exam is coming up. usually i only practice before my weekly lessons. but after that, i found out that it's not talent, just plain practice, practice. now in school, we learn the electone, where you have to add in your left hand chords, because they only provide the right hand melody. i have no creativity at all. for half the lesson, i was like clueless on how to play the song
