  thinking of getting my parents (in their 50s - 60s) some nutritional products for general health. anything to recommend, preferably those that can be bought off-the-shelf without the need for prescriptions? thanks!

  thinking of pills cos its the easiest - no need preparations. and yomeishu they have taken before liao. i thought supplements in the form of pills may be good.
  
  i thought of eu yan sang too. but wondering if anyone has any experience with it, and recommendations from it?
