Why don't you exercise instead? Its free and good for a lot of things like burning calories, improving your blood circulation, maintaining the fluidity of your joints, etc etc.

Did you have to make appt way in advance? My friend had to wait for many months, cuz the doc fully booked liao, after the interview on Her World magazine.
