crappy popups spyware/adware and tool bar, help please

  here's a screenshot of my problem
  
  
  
  i wanna remove the toolbar at the top and the toolbar at the bottom
  
  i used "spyware doctor" to scan but it doesnt fix the problem
  anyone knows what spyware/adware crap is this and how to remove it? (without reformatting, changing harddisk, reinstall winxp)

  what porn sites did you dredge that one from?
  
  actually, do yourself a favour and use firefox or opera instead.. they have their own popup killers...
  
  removing the toolbar thing requires a lot of work within some registries and whatnots...
