how to attach pictures

  can someone teach me step by step how to do it?
  
  provide the host URL too please.
  
  i tried imageshack and tinypics but it always fail to work.

  Click on New Reply
  
  At the top there is a Button: IMG
  
  You must have a URL to the PICTURE: EG:
  http://www.ipcvision.com/page03/sun/sun-03bc.jpg
  
  Then, Click on the IMG Button once: You will get a special tag.
  
  Then Paste your PIC URL beside the Tag.
  
  Click on the IMG button again.
  
  EG (This is purposely broken to show you)
  
  [IMG ] http://www.ipcvision.com/page03/sun/sun-03bc.jpg [/IMG ]
  
  Try in this thread using the URL I provided. You will see loh.

  weired..i use photo bucket..ok lea...i take a pic from my pc then upload into my acc in photobucket, then from my acc in photobucket, the pic, i choose then cut & paste the image words into her ...then i hv to change the IMG into small caps.
  
  got 3 place..1 is URL, 2 is tab, 3 is Img
