  I'm signing up for a French course at my CC in August.
  
  Anyone know where I can learn other languages like Russian, Italian... etc? Not too expensive larh!

  don't go to cc, come down to alliance francaise de singapour

  there are a few language schools in peninsula plaza......
  there courses are quite short and affordable
  but it's very very very beginner tt kind lah.....

  eh no... but she has a diploma or something... that one is the cc one...
  
  the alliance quite expensive. but its certified. :O
