  later NKF sent people who want NKF help or sick patients to go to door to door and force them to beg for big donation.
  
  Each $10 NKF receive they only give them back $2.
  
  Since singapore got rule saying that no begging or no donation collection unless you belong to some so call good will help group like NKF. NKF seems to be the only way out for this poor people.
