  i going for NS medical check up soon.. for those who have done just want to know wad they do, check wad? got ask u to strip?

  Wear your best looking underwear/boxer.
  
  Then, when the MO ask you to strip, you strip. When he ask you to jump, you better jump!

  Aiyo... why worry so much... nothing much lor.... have to strip at some stations... but not down to boxers/briefs, now shorts are allowed.
  
  - Blood Test
  - Urine Test
  - Eyesight / Colour Blindness Test
  - Hearing Test
  - Mental Test (Depending on individual)
  - Chest X-Ray
  - General Measurements (Height, Weight, Blood Pressure etc...)
  - Electronic Cardiovascular Graph (ECG)
  - MO check (Hernia & Spine)
  
  The MO will tell you to pull your pants down and cough (For Hernia) and check your spine by asking you to bend down... after some questions, the MO will tell you your PES status... If PES D (Temporary Unfit) then have to go back again... After which proceed for computerised vocational test lor....
