tax on walking, tax on breathing...
but my guess goes to bicycle...who noes next time they might impose a COE on bicycle too...then they will also set up a parking space for bicycle...n just like a car...we need to use the coupon if not kena fine... -

Two things can happen:
1. Increase results in drop in commuter traffic for cabs
2. Pragmatic singaporeans accept the change and continue to take cabs.
Stand up and be counted. Avoid cabs if you can. Then the commuters can flex at least some portion of their meek muscle. -
