  Admin will appoint Mods for anchor forums like CC, Bar, AA, SC.....
  
  otherwise, if u die die want the "power", u can open ur own sub-forum and be ur own Mod......

  with regards to too many dead sub-forums and the bad quality of some sub-forums, i will be suggesting to Admin to allow only Premier Members to open own forums.....
  this is to instil responsibility and also to regulate the topics better

  they do not have to be good quality but the bulk of premier members are usually pretty regular oredi.....shd have some standard there liao.........
