if comp got problem i go online ask seek advice...i got more than 1 comp so no prob going online for help unless sasser or the like strikes again....if suspected hardware replace hardware or rma...no need to replace unless some real minor part replacement coz board level only factory got equipment to do it.....software or conflict no need knowledge.....format harddisk okay no prob...everything good as new.......as for trusted or real knowledgeable pc repair guys or shops.....i dun know...no need to know.
