  hello. NSmen is those who have already ORD, meaning already served their 2 years. NSF are those who haven't serve.

  3 months...PTP is supposedly 2. so if u go in with silver or gold....u should only serve 1 yr and 10 months. btw, its 2 weeks confinement from enlistment date till first weekend. eg. if u go in on a monday(damn suay), that monday till that week's sunday is considered week 0, the following week is considered week 1, then u wait for the 3rd friday(lucky ah, my time was saturday), that's ur first book out. following that, it should be every friday till you POP.
