Go to a vet, pay for the poor kitty's hospitalisation fee, and take it home, if not, put it up for adoption.
If you wanna help the poor creature, make sure it gets enough of it.....or everything you did would have been in vain.
A cat that you rescue from dire straits will be your friend for life. I have one such cat.
Hello....I think the ones who can help in this, are the animal lovers especially cat lovers. If I were u, I would ask my friends/ relatives/ neighbours whether they or someone they know can help to treat or take in the cat. You can also try asking some cat-groups, probably like a society or association (formal/ informal) and maybe post a message at their online forum, if any. You can also reach them (animal/ cat lovers) by advertising. Print out some flyers and distribute/ stick to notice boards. All these effort, if someone respond, I think u can be rest assured. In the meantime just feed him and let him rest, if u don't want to bring him to the vet.
