i find it easier to swallow tt our gahment ppl gets more money rather than the representative of a non-profit organization. no matter how, it smells bad because its the donors' $$ tat is paying the joker's salary and i think we should be told before we donate, for example," out of every $1, $0.3 goes to our ceo salay/bonus, $0.2 goes to our operating expenses like electricity and water bills, $0.1 goes into our reserves , $0.2 pays the rest of our BOD, $0.15 pays the rest of the 900+ staff salaries and the balance goes to the needy patients... etc" - some declaration like that would make sense rite??
