As above, would you work for an SME company if you are to chose? why, why not....
arh..i was in one ...for 2 mths..
cannot take the stress..maybe its just me..
i find that sme are quite niao... stingy..
no bounus... no aws... got profit sharing..but not sure how they caculate.
i am sure not all smes are like tat...
Was in a SME for 3.5 yrs. There was bonus, AWS, and my pay had been going up steadily. Had to do everything, so learnt alot there. Get to know how to run a business plus my boss just left my work to me as he is very busy.
Kinda miss the flexibilty and freedom

Well we have to be realistic. SME has limited funding so everything is money to them. To say they are stingy is not really correct. Imagine if those big MNC has the same funds as SME they will do likewise too!
So in SME it is bao kar liao cuz one salary do many task is worth the money paid out. In MNC they got money so they can get one person dedicated to one task. So in terms of learning it is more limited. Also in MNC more politik cuz got more ppl ard. In SME depending on situation, wanna play politik also got no time cuz you will be so busy working where got time think of games to play rite?
The instability of SME is also why some ppl prefer big MNC as in terms of money they got. With money can do a lot of things not to mention generous staff welfare and benefits.
When no big enterprise to work for, out of wit no choice lor.. join the SME lor
