  In addition to advising pupils not to engage in pre-marital sex.. i feel that teachers should also teach students how to pratice safe sex..
  
  If u cannot stop a couple from having sex.. why not teach them the correct way to do it..

  way back then, we were taught all about safe sex, and that we must use condom, cannot have too causual sex yada yada
  
  it was the chapter after Chpater 14 if i am not wrong..
