  I feel that all charitable organisations that wish to solicit donations from the public through media should be registered under NCSS (http://www.ncss.org.sg/)
  
  NCSS has stringent guidelines on how the organisation has to manage its expenses, and acts as a watchdog to ensure that public funds are not misused.
  
  I seriously think that NKF should register with NCSS.

  Please ask around to see what type of funding NCSS gives to their VWOs.

  By going under NCSS, the $200m+ reserve that NKF has accumulated can be put to better use by sharing with the other charitable organisations in NCSS.
