  Yes, based on her network of friends and connections, I think a retraction of her hurting statement will do. As for apologies, quite difficult to get.

  If Big Brother wants to sue, it will be suing tons of forumites from here, other forums and the petition. The consequences will be immense. Revolution will result.
  
  Thus I think Big Bro will not sue. It is easier to take out Durai to satisfy the masses than risk a revolution.
