Durai involved in Indian call-centres which NKF contracted??

  Why doesn't anyone mention about Durai and another BOD
  involvements with 2 indian call centre companies
  which NKF contracted?!!?
  
  Yesterday's paper mentioned he is getting more $$$
  outside NKF through his control of NKF. Something like that.
