I think the monk in Ren Ci Hospital is very suitable.
Reasons:
1. He has the experience of raising funds & managing a charitable orgn.
2. Save $$$ if u combine resources of NKF & Ren Ci- use same staff to canvass for both charities, save office space, utilities, expenses & help cut cost.
3. Cheap. He won't need high salary + 10- 12 mths bonus + expense a/c
4. Good reputation. Will win back donors
