It is unethical for TT Durai and NKF to go around suing people just to protect their reputation. Until the recent revelations in the media, most of these people who were sued were caught in a David and Goliath situation and just complied and paid up.
I am surprised that lawyers were conveniently "used" by TT Durai and NKF to press on their case even though the allegations were true as proven now by the recent revelations. In fact, these lawyers can be considered accomplices to these unethical acts.
Doesn't the laws treat everybody the same? Does it means that if you have a lot of money, the chances of suceeding in a legal suit are much better? I think something must be done to prevent frivilous law suits being processed.
Based on what is going on, there is certainly no equality in law suits. The richer you are or the well connected you are, the better your chances of winning.
Shame on TT Durai and NKF. Using donors monies to win legal suit even when they are wrong. Time for both of you to pay up the money back. How can you sleep without searching your conscience.
