i only know that i always eat chocolate and laze at home watching tv on weekends which in the end, i will fall asleep with half bar of unfinished chocolate still hanging on my mouth.

For a block of chocolate to be called 'chocolate', it needs cocoa butter content to be at least 20%. Below that, its not considered chocolate. Dark chocolate is the one giving the beneficial benefits but it tends to be bitter in taste. The highest cocoa butter content chocolate I tasted was from Lindt with 70% cocoa butter content.

the feel good factor after eating dark choclates are from the chemical serotonin. anw...i love dark choclates too...but the highest i went to is 74%...where to get those higher than that?
