Need help with Tv-out Video card

  I have a geforce FX with TV-out function. But the prob is the cable for connecting to TV is too short. Can i get some Extension cable for it to interjoin so that it is long enough? Where does it sell?
  Also need one for my sound card to connect to headphones as well.
