  whatever you do, when come to buy HDB.... please please.... never never loaned from any bank.
  
  loaned from HDB... so they will tried to create job for you incase you lost yours. as now more and more ppl dun have a job and most dun pay the HDB loaned but as a GOV sat board, they can not throw you out without making any arrangement for you.
  
  if from bank... do you need me to say more... it your choice.
