Prices depend on locality, f'hold or leasehold, proximity to MRT/ facilities & sometimes high or low flr.
U should contact a hsg. agt. who will advise u on repayment scheme & regulations
im singaporean, But i have no clue about buying my own place. I went to hdb.gov.sg, but its a useless website. yes ive heard bout da cut from 20% to 10%. so its not 5% cash 5% CPF right? wht bout for Condo?
