  why do people like to brag about how they know of people who are grandchild of some rich tycoon? or have friends whose father is some big shot who own some big company and thing like that? or have friends who are models and telling us how they always hang out with them?

  my siblings went to a top private school..where the children belong to ambassadors or other powerful and rich people. But their kids are spoilt, ungrateful losers. I mean, its not them who achieve the prestige and fame but its their parents or grandfathers.. without them, the kid are just normal people. Why the heck they want to say they are related to so and so if they have no value by themselves?
