In fact the higher up u are, the more politics u play.
U just need to learn how to handle it.
Always be diplomatic & not to be too outspoken. -
Comfort but only if the $ is enough to support my simple lifestyle, like travelling once a year and so on

Depending on pay if it is enuff to cover my monthly expenditure then I will choose comfortable work environment over a high pay job anytime. Opick politik is evil at it's prime and watever we learn in schools can throw away cuz school will neber teach you how to play. A good source of politik games is to watch HK,Taiwan or spore drama serials. Those producers portray how life works in the working world.
This world is twisted and tortured. Looking at the politik games they play the more hopeless I have in mankind. Mankind will do all drastic stuff to ensure their survival.
Maybe when one starts off young so go for high pay cuz they got the zest and vigors to play the politik game but as one ages it is time to mellow down and enjoy the benefits you have reaped in your earlier life. Can also hope wat you had done in your earlier working life deeds do not come back to haunt your conscience -
