I don't mind, but my family and relatives may mind, especially grandma who is quite traditional
Can say he is my boyfriend, not my grandma's what, or relationship is just 2 of us, why care what others say? But if others don't like or approve, very hard to progress one. -
I think financial status are more important to most of the gals, and the "worsening situation" is that there are fast increasing female getting financially stronger than male.
It's a serious social 'tragedy', partly due to politicial and economic reasons. Esp. in Singapore and a few developed countries (Cities). I guess that's y there r so many broken relationship. Correct me if I'm wrong.
Not that I oppose gals being richer than guys, but it is born naturally that gals prefer the guys to take care of them & make them feel secure... but not enough money in Singaopore, how to take care of the gals? We can't chop wood for fire and do farming to provide food, right

They are not exactly financially stronger, they just have higher paychecks. But with higher paychecks, comes higher tax. You earn more and you get taxed more.
