  I have some freckles on my face that I wish to remove. I heard that IPL can do the job. Any good places to recommend and what are the costs involved?

  I am referring to laser treatment (IPL) on skin pigmentation, not IPL for hair removal. Any suggestions or place to recommend (costs invovled).
