  yar lor, for security reason mah.. may be for cleanliness also, coz if pple start throwing hamburger(got one ok, i saw pple eating b4)/sweet wrappers, bottles etc, it may attract rodents n reflect badly on our image... actually this happened for a long time le... xi guan jiu hao...

  do what i do, throw the rubbish down the track, but i'm not encouraging anyone to do it, cos su su you lian gou de, if not u will end up paying a handsome fine.
