i recently noticed smoke smell in my school's toilets..it's getting out of control. how inconsiderate can these ppl get?

Well, I passed by some schoolgirls in uniform smoking in public earlier just now. They couldn't have been any more than 15 years old.
When I think about it, I wish I had brought down the long arm of the law upon them instead of merely giving them disgusted looks and walking away.

Draw yellow box outside principal office...... & ask them to smoke there!

i caught a malay thief stealing funeral chairs, called police, let him off, two weeks later this thief threatens to beat me, vularities and obscenity. report police again. i think they only warn him again as still see his malay face near my block and downstairs.
