My laptop hates me!!!

  Yesterday, I using my laptop use halfway, suddenly the Blue Screen of Death popout say got what IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL error then tamade restart.
  
  Then it restart boot halfway, suddenly popout the same blue screen error... then it restart again, then halfway blue screen come out, then restart again, then halfway blue screen come out...
  
  Then I dulan liao, go Safe Mode... System Restore... then tamade... it restart boot halfway, suddenly popout the same blue screen error... then it restart again, then halfway blue screen come out, then restart again, then halfway blue screen come out...
  
  Then today, I try on it again...but then... it restart boot halfway, suddenly popout the same blue screen error... then it restart again, then halfway blue screen come out, then restart again, then halfway blue screen come out...
  
  Then I bring all the way go Tampiness let the people repair... But tamade... the person's hand like got magic! He press on once then okay liao...
  
  Somemore this is not the first time it happened, everytime got problem I bring go there... the person press once okay liao... The person must think I siao... no problem bring go repair for what...
  
  Then the person check check say okay no problem... so I tamade bring back....wondering what the hell happened...
  
  Then once I brought back home...I on...Then tamade... it restart boot halfway, suddenly popout the same blue screen error... then it restart again, then halfway blue screen come out, then restart again, then halfway blue screen come out...
  
  Tamade! What the tamade should I do?

  can try using another computer, from library or wat, to check internet see whether got anyone who's experienced the "IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL" error, and whether any kind soul got some recommendations on what to do
