need help on making jeans look seasoned.

anyone know where got this service? help wash jeans untill look like very season one.
heard my friend say those jeans that look like "drop colour" one they use special machine to wash it until like that one.
anyone know where got people do this service? -
dump the jeans in the washing machine.......
add bleach
tumble it for 1 hour
lay it on the road, let all the cars run over it.....
play tug of war with it
shd be seasoned enuf..... -

change water every few hours... remember to add washin powder

somemore pay quite a high price for it when the it was the trend -
there's lot of effects u can do.
washing type:
enzyme wash/stone wash(make washing effect, on the jeans)
bleaching(make the color light.)
tinting(tint yellow,brown,orange tone will make the jeans look old, got "rusty look", if just slightly yellowish make it look abit old, like put very long. also can tint red, green, but will not be very natural.)
non-washing type:
Sand blast(where jeans got one patch lighter color on the thighs)
whisker(the horizontal lines beside ur zip)
abrasion(make the bottom and pocket mouth a bit torn.)
cut hole(got a hole with the white horizontal cotton strings across).
wrinkle fixing(make part of jeans got wrinkle effect. -

working in this trade make me not interested in fashion, cos knowing how cheap the manufacture cost is will make u feel watever displayed in shops are too expensive.
the difference of FOB price and selling price in shop goes like this:
a pair of GAP baby jeans that selling about 20USD, the price the buyer pay to manufacturer is about 4USD.
one short sleeve(Meter's Bowie, a china brand) T shirt that sells about 50-60RMB in china, the manufaturer gets less than 20RMB. -

our factory in china does all the things i mentioned, except garment dye.
the factory in sg run by my dad and his partner do only garment dye and washing only. Cos main cost of sand-blast, whisker, abrasion etc are labour cost, which is high in sg, cheap in china. For washing and garment dye, the cost are mainly steam, chemical, water, electricity. which is also cheaper in china, but the differece not as big as labour cost.
u can actually DIY. just use Sand paper, dun buy the type which is very rough.
that's how we do whisker.
for sand blasting, u can use sand paper to do it also, similar effect but not as natural as sand-blast. -
