sg idol or superstar?

i think neither of them are up to standard.. american idol is better. i havent watched the superstar yet but due to publicity ive heard a lot about it. who are the judges? i'd like to know.

Local talent don't expect too much,but cuz i'm more english inclined,so i rather watch sg idol..

Hmm...tink superstar has more market ^^" At least the singers can be groomed in the Taiwan market, sg idol like not much prospects...so far, only see the two winners in the 7-11 advert and some upcoming drama

whereas for superstars, the winner can be marketed to taiwan very easily....its then we see if they can make it big
another point-the judges,look at the comments the judges for sg idol & superstar make.....stark contrast>
sg idol judges juz makke vague & useless comments.EG,u can't sing,u perform like shit today,u did well.....i like u..blablabla
Whereas for superstar judges,they make professional and helpful comments.They give contestants useful tips and things to look out for,and how to improve their singing -

I prefer S'pore idol cos I'm english educated.
The songs superstar contestants sing- mostly don't know.
Also Mandarin songs are getting weird- have a lot of Eng. words & rap- don't like -

those judges keep talking rubbish. they cant even speak proper mandarin. what a shame, especially that jean yip. -

except for a handful, most so-called popular chinese singers CMI at all. they are popular only because of their looks.
