Jobs : Female working enviroment

hi,
today, i read the straits times' classifieds looking for a job. i notice a lot of them says "Female enviroment". what does this mean? that they're looking only for female applicants? or are they just telling you that most of their workers are female? anyone got experience applying for jobs that say "female (working) enviroment"?
thanks hor! just ORD yesterday and now i come out to the world to find work. KNN.....like total country kid like that, a lot of things must catch up. lucky i never kenna stay-in camp, or else i don't even know what's Sony Ericsson. KNN.

KNN really.....all the girls always complain of female discrimination? it's worse for a real man to be discriminated! KNN! i really don't understand what is it that girls do that guys cannot do. unless it's those shops selling bras/panties/cosmetics etc. lah, then girls will be better.
but.....KNN! admin assistant and gift store also need to choose based on girls meh? guys can attract the opposite also wah. KNN phuckers. -

those KNN employers KNN gender discriminate because they KNN think that a za bor sales assistant will KNN bring in sales.. while a KNN pai kua guy will scare away the KNN customers..

This is unfair practice that should be brough to attention to authoritites. Many of my male frens complaint that females get the jobs first. Do u think only the Sales industry doing this? Even tech industries want female employees so that the boss can everyday ogle at chio babes? Wtf? Did we serve NS for this?

yah loh, i don't care anymore. got SAR-21 right? u bring 1 SAR-21 into bank and the cop there also kenna scared. after all, it seems that no robber in SG ever use a real rifle to rob a bank....all use lame pistols only. u use SAR-21 also can shoot the crap of any incoming police cars trying to catch you.

usually i take it that that prefer females since it's a female working environment (which means more ladies than men). Sometimes it could be the nature of work/ the industry, sometimes it could be the boss prefers females esp for marketing positions.
I don't think they should do this though. I think at times a guy can contribute pretty different perspective to a company full of females. It also "balances" out the "hormones"....hee -
