  Beach Bar - Mohd SUltan there...not crowded but no aircon...
  
  The Chamber Mohd Sultan too- Got aircon...not crowded
  
  Brewerkz - Riverside... nice eating place and drinking hole, mature crowd, aircon, reasonable crowds
  
  Telok Blangah... - opposite BP towers, beside SAJC... on top got one nice place... gillman heights or what forget name liao

  i say coffee bean and starbucks are the oposite of tha 3 criteria.. noisy, immature crowds, hot-con..
  
  hotel bars are also quite peaceful.. and has mature crowds.. not complicated.

  i think it's called Altivo, it's nice..
  
  also, like Kuali said, The Dubliners' is also good... upstairs, can sit and eat also.. if you want, outside is good.. but they only serve finger food to those seated downstairs...
