i ve gone through the most horrifying session of ptm ever. my form teacher wanted to meet my parents and he happens to by my chinese tutor too..and my chinese is horrendous. he complained a lot about me being not attentive and all.. and he told my dad i am the most stylo in my hairstyle but i should spend more time on reading CHINESE newspaper. wtf does he mean? is it a good comment or not?

The comments on ur hair, if he just "told ur dad", means just told ur dad only, ur teacher want to leave it to ur dad how he wants ur hair to be. It's up to ur dad to choose, let u decide wat hairstyle u want or force u to change. ur teacher just want to remind ur dad that having the most stylo hairstyle got reasons behind.
And for reading chinese newspaper, i can only say that ur teacher is giving u advice based on "wat he thinks that is good for u", which maybe or maybe not really good for u. -
