no lah. brazil, italy, russia and USA that kind is called mafia. japan that kind is called Yakuza. Yakuza very scary one loh. the gangsters here compared to them are not even fit to follow them around loh. those Yakuza engage in international women-trade and got all kinds of never-heard-before stories loh. even more extreme than in the cinemas loh.
the gangs here fight because of what? guy #1 stare at guy #2. very malu and ungentlemanly loh. besides, if i'm a gangster, i prefer to sit down and talk first, before fighting blindly. if really must fight, then it's 1 on 1, not many on many, and not many on lesser. that kind is all wimps thing.
a real gangster in SG is one who dares to kill, trade drugs and women around the world and dare to sit down in front of the Prime Minister and talk face to face.
then somemore, when they're fighting half-way and cops come, they don't run, like the local gangsters here. they fight the cops also, sometimes with a large knife or sometimes with a pistol, or an assault rifle. like that is real gangster loh.
furthermore, real gangster got code of honour one. they are very fierecely loyal and won't give their buddies away even when they're being stripped to their underwear and locked in a very cold room in the SG Police HQ.
also, real gangsters won't disturb ordinary civilians unless they got something with you.
if got such kind of real gangster, then i would sit down and drink coffee with him loh. brave real man with real guys what. evil is evil lah, but at least he jiang-yi-qi and got something for people to respect.
